Babbitt Chaired Fun-Filled Fall Festival

Chaired by Anne Babbitt, this year’s annual Friends of Christopher Columbus Park (FOCCP) FESTIVAL was the busiest and possibly the best family-fun-filled activity held at the park.

She opened the festival with a parade led through the park by local Girl Scouts, followed with many things to do for the hundreds of children that crowded craft tables all afternoon and enjoyed magic and limbo dancing that brought fun and laughs to the community events.

In addition, happy faces were painted while crafts kept little and big hands busy.

Many more events entertain those who attended FOCCP’s Fall Festival, thanks to the efforts of Babbitt who loved to see so many smiling faces and was pleased to be a part of holding a successful neighborhood event.
