Membership Vital to FOCCP
More North End/Waterfront residents should seriously consider membership in one of the community’s most active volunteer organizations, Friends of Christopher Clumber Park (FOCCP) who recently celebrated their 10th anniversary.
FOCCP works closely with the Boston Park and Recreation Department to maintain the park and its gardens.
They also provide many activities and events each year at the popular park with support from local sponsors.
Membership is vital to help FOCCP continue to keep the park beautiful and clean with plan events for the community.

Coletta New City Councilor
Newly elected District 1 Boston City Counselor Gabriela Coletta is not a stranger to the North End.
She worked for former Counselor Lydia Edwards (now a senator) and was very active in the neighborhood’s issue on a first-hand basis.
Coletta will be an asset to the community. She is totally reliable.
Replacing Luisi a Tough Task
North End Waterfront Health Center (NEW Health) CEO Jim Luisi is retiring after 24 years of active and dedicated service to the community is a hard pill to swallow.
Luisi has been the cornerstone of community health care and many social needs of residents dealing with food and housing.
During the height of the pandemic, Luisi’s leadership was vital to the care of those in need of assistance.
Replacing Luisi will be a tough task.
