NEWRA Comm. Has No Objection to Two Requests

NEWRA Zoning, Licensing and Construction Committee in conjunction with its Executive Committee  have sent letters to the City of Boston Board of Appeal stating they have no objection to two requests presented to them.

Tom Hawk has filed a zoning appeal to convert the last remaining commercial space at 100 Fulton Street, Fulton Court Condominiums unit 1A at 106 Fulton Street to residential use.

Andrew McDonald has filed an appeal for zoning relief to allow enclosure of an exterior deck/balcony to increase living space.

“These two applicants, because they have not raised concerns among the neighbors and the building changes, should not cause significant impact to the community, the requests will not be brought before the membership for a vote,” ZLC Co-Chair David Kubiak said.
