North End Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center has announced the appointment of Beth Fearon as Director of Nursing.
Fearon, a registered nurse, brings years of experience in the nursing field to her new leadership role. As Director of Nursing, Fearon oversees the nursing services department at the 100-bed skilled nursing center, which provides high-quality post-acute care, including cardiac, pulmonary, stroke recovery and orthopedic rehabilitation services, as well as long-term, 24-hour care to residents from the North End neighborhood of Boston and surrounding communities.
“Beth brings a wealth of experience in the nursing field and will be an invaluable addition to meeting our goal of providing high quality post-acute and rehabilitative care,†said Sami Almadi, executive director at North End Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center.
Fearon previously served in nursing leadership roles at several skilled nursing facilities. She received an associate degree in nursing from Excelsior College in Albany, N.Y., and graduated from Greater Lowell Vocational School (now Greater Lowell Technical High School).
