North End Library Memorial Brick Relocation

If you have been by the library lately, you may have noticed the Memorial Bricks donated by members of the neighborhood to support the Friends of the North End Library have been moved from behind the library’s circulation desk to in front of the Dante Frieze.  The Memorial Bricks now have a more prominent and secure space where they can be easily seen without being worn down by foot traffic. This relocation also allows for better usage of the floor space behind the circulation desk for safer walking. A special thanks to Phyllis Vitti for her concern for the Memorial Bricks and for initiating and following up on this project.

For more information concerning the Friends of the NE Library, please email: info@FriendsNELibrary.org or go to our website: www.FriendsNELibrary.org for membership information and a listing of other programs.  There is no obligation to volunteer if you become a member.  Just join and put it on your resume!
