Friends of the North End Library Garden Committee has been selected as the winner of the North and/Waterfront Residents’ Association Good Neighbor Award.

“The committee maintains the flower planters and cleans the area in front of the library on a consistent basis,” NEWRA member Janet Gilardi said.

“The group is well deserving of NEWRA’s Good Neighbor Award for the efforts they display in helping to keep the community clean,” Gilardi added.
