As usual elected officials led the way for the Columbus Day Parade.
The parade was held on this side of the Summer/Callahan Tunnels this year with the annual parade making its way through the North End/Waterfront community.
Before the parade the Friends of Christopher Columbus Park held many activities at the popular public facility.
Some of the activities included games, face painting and much more.
