Tonight’s North End/Waterfront Residents’ Association’s Zoning Licensing and Construction Committee has five items on its agenda.
Requests include living space changes, zoning for restaurant use, closing hour extensions and a full liquor license.
The community meeting will be held at 7pm at the Pilot House, 2 Atlantic Avenue. The committee is co-chaired by Dave Kubiak and Victor Brogna.
The agenda is as follows…
Damien DiPaola has requested to transfer Eclano Restaurant C.V. Malt and Wine Beverages with Cordial License to 54 Salem Street for a new restaurant at the same location. The license has a 1am closing hour seven days a week.
Marisa Iocco is seeking to transfer a C.V. Malt and Wine license formerly exercised by Grezzo Restaurant, 69 Prince Street to 78-80 Salem Street for a new restaurant called Marisa’s. Closing hours Sunday through Thursday 11pm and 12 midnight Friday and Saturday.
Jorge Mendoza has applied to change the closing hour at Vinoteca di Monica, 143-145 Richmond Street to 1am seven days a week.
Nassier Buiser is seeking to enclose two existing contiguous outdoor patios at 357 Commercial Street to create additional living space.
Albert Giorgio is seeking to obtain a full liquor license for LaFamglia Giorgio Ristorante, 112 Salem Street. No extended hours are being sought.
Development upgrades to the Bulfinch Triangle 2A/2B and a neighborhood supermarket, development guidelines for the Central Artery Parcels 7 & 9 and the BRA development guidelines and effect on zoning will be discussed.
The next committee meeting will be held on Tuesday, February 28 at 7pm at the Pilot House, 2 Atlantic Avenue.
