Salvatore J. Amoroso of East Boston died on December 23.
A US Merchant Marine veteran of World War II, he was a Life Member of the DAV and a past member of the Mariners House, North Square, North End of Boston.
He was the devoted father of Steven of Watertown; dear brother of the late Anthony, Michael, Ann, Benjamin and Joseph Jr.; cherished grandfather of Calebe and is also survived by many cherished nieces and nephews.
