Representatives from the Boston Water and Sewer Commission will be in the North End at the North End Library to assist their customers in a wide-range of categories.
Meetings will be held at the library 25 Parmenter Street from 10am to 12 noon on Thursdays January 6 and February 3.
Representatives will be available to accept payments (checks or money orders, no cash), process discount forms for senior citizens and disabled people, resolve billing or service complaints, review water consumption data for property, and to arrange payment plans for delinquent accounts.
