Greenway Conservancy to Honor Governor

Gov. Charlie Baker will be honored at the June 6 “Gala on The Greenway”, celebrating 10 years of the opening of the park that has transformed the city, North End, Waterfront and Chinatown into a great place to enjoy for all ages.

The Governor will be on it at the June 6 fund raiser for his leadership on behalf of the Greenway Conservancy since its inception a decade ago.

As a private citizen, the Governor served on the Founding Board of Directors and as Governor, his leadership was instrumental in creating The Greenway’s Landmark in 2017, multi-party funding agreement.
