Trellis Lighting at Columbus Park set for November 19

The 16 annual Holiday Trellis Lighting presented by the Friends of Christopher Columbus (FOCCP) will be held on Monday, Nov. 19, at 5 p.m.

Mayor Martin Walsh will throw the switch to illuminate the Trellis with 50,000 dazzling blue lights.

Participants will enjoy cookies, hot chocolate and other snacks.

Magic 106.7 will provide holiday treats and giveaways. Entertainment will be provided by North End Music and Performing Arts Center (NEMPAC).

Santa Claus, Frosty and Rudolph are expected to make appearances.
