North End Against Drugs (NEAD) will hold its annual Emily Puglianol/Bobby D. DeCristoforo Boston Harbor Boat Cruise on Monday, July 31 with boarding at 7 PM next door to the Marriott Long Wharf at the Boston Harbor Cruise terminal.
The cruise will run from 7:30 PM to 9:30 p.m. and will have light snacks, small sandwiches, chips and cookies. A cash bar will be available for soft drinks, water and more.
The Nolan family, owners of Boston Harbor Cruises, has once again sponsored the cruise which is free of charge and is open to North End residents, families, friends, businesses, NEAD supporters, NEAA players and their families, Nazzaro Center members and St. John and Elliott School students/families.
“We (NEAD) need to obtain a headcount, so participants must reserve a spot on the cruise,†NEAD Pres. John Romano said. “Please email me at jromano45@gmail.com to let me know if you are coming and how many people in your party and include names because we get multiple reservations from the same people every year.â€
NEAD will have raffle tickets for sale to help defray the cost of its week-long series of community events.
“NEAD appreciates the generosity of the Nolan family from making this cruise possible,†Romano said.
