Mayor Endorses Arroyo Candidacy

Former Boston City Councilor and unsuccessful mayoral candidate Felix Arroyo has been endorsed by Boston Mayor Martin J. Walsh in the race for Suffolk County Register of Probate and Family Court.

Arroyo is one of six candidates including incumbent Patty Campatelli on the ballot for the Democratic Party’s primary election scheduled for September 9.

Walsh believes that Arroyo will be a “strong advocate for children and families”.

“The Mayor is committed to helping me because he believes, as I do, that providing services to children and their families is one of our core responsibilities as elected representatives of the people,” Arroyo said.
