Two Legal Occupancy Changes Requested

Two legal occupancy changes requested by the owners of local buildings will be scheduled for discussion at upcoming neighborhood meetings.

The owner of 6 Foster Street is seeking to change the legal occupancy from three to four apartments by adding a new fourth floor.

Expanding the first floor into the basement is also part of the proposal.

Filomania Falcucci has filed a zoning appeal to change the legal occupancy at 32 Charter Street of her 4-bedroom 3,000 square foot residential unit to two bedroom units by splitting the unit.
