Girl Friends of the North End Annual Bash

A view of Boston Harbor activities during the recent heatwave.

It was such a great time last year that the second annual Girl Friends of the North End bash will take place again this year.

Hundreds of North End and former North End girls got together to discuss old times and generally socialize and enjoy a dinner and some beverages.

This year’s activities will take place on Saturday, September 29 at 6:30pm at the Knights of Columbus Hall, 545 Medford Street, Charlestown.

A complete dinner ($50 per person) will be served and there will be a cash bar. Space is limited.

The deadline for purchasing tickets is Friday, August 31. Checks should be made payable to Francine Gannon and mailed to 74 Commercial Street, Boston, MA 02109.

For details call Francine (Capodilupo) Gannon at 617-742-6912, Carol (Langone) Catanzaro at 617-283-1925, Diane (Passero) Pesaturo at 781-443-3624 or Christina Penta at 617-227-9568.

Don’t miss out on a great get together.
