Thursday, March 31 at 6:30pm-Concert-Riffs and Raps: Jazzin’ the Generations. Travel through a live musical tour of time, from the birth of the blues to the sounds of today. Featured musicians are Arni Cheatham, Bill Lowe and Kevin Harris. The concert is presented by the Boston Public Library in partnership with Jazz Boston.
Thursday, March 24 at 3pm-Book Discussion Group. Featured book, “The Help” by Kathryn Stockett. Copies of the book are available at the library. Co-sponsored by MGH Senior HealthWISE.
Yoga for Seniors-Every Monday (except holidays) 10:30-11:30am, sponsored by the West End Senior Center.
English as a Second Language-Every Tuesday 1-2pm. Practice English skills with new other newcomers and a facilitator.
Homework Assistance Program-Pre-school Edition, every Thursday (school days only) from 3:30-5:30pm. Homework help is provided by High School student mentors for children 4-6 years old accompanied by an adult.
