Sustainable Business Network (SBN) of Massachusetts held its 9th Boston Local Food Festival on The Greenway just
days before SBN celebrated its 30th anniversary.
SBN noted, “By every measure this year’s festival was the best ever. Over 50,000 people found their way to The Greenway on a picture-perfect day, enjoying the local farmers, fisherfolk and local food producers of all types.
The Festival is the high point of SBN’s Local Food Program that demonstrates the significant positive impact SBN has had on the local program.
SBN has helped elevate the importance of local to the economy, culture and all areas of local programs and events.
The Festival is the largest event that The Greenway holds each year.
