By a vote of 15-13, the North End/Waterfront Residents’ Association (NEWRA) did not support a request by Fiumara Realty Trust’s owner to erect a two-story vertical addition to the existing three-story building at 38 Fleet Street and to change the occupancy from three residential units to five residential units.
Victor Brogna, chair of NEWRA’s Zoning, Licensing and Construction Committee presented an update on the Municipal Harbor Plan.
NEWRA will hold its next monthly public meeting on Thursday, August 9 at 7 p.m. in the Nazzaro Community Center.
