Worked as a Stanley Home Products Saleswoman Until Last Year
Doris Licata of Revere, formerly of Boston’s North End, died on June 10 at Boston’s Beth Israel-Deaconess Hospital. She was 94 years old.
Doris was an active and devoted member of the Immaculate Conception Church and a long time member of Neo Catechumenal Way, a member of the Third Order of Mary. Doris worked up until last year as a saleswoman for Stanley Home Products. When not working, she enjoyed following her beloved Red Sox.
Born in Quebec, the daughter of the late William and Alice (Magnan) Doak, she was the beloved wife of the late Salvatore; devoted mother of Jean Licata Sacco and her husband, Jerome Sacco of Revere; loving grandmother of John Culbert, Christopher Culbert and his wife, Kara and Frank Rossi, all of Florida; dear sister of Joseph Doak of Colorado and the late Leonard and Walter Doak. She is also survived by two great- grandchildren Isabella Rossi and Christopher V. Culbert. Funeral arrangements were by the Paul Buonfiglio & Sons-Bruno Funeral Home , Revere.
