Billy Tse Restaurant, 240 Commercial Street was the recipient of the December North End/Waterfront Residents’ Association’s Good Neighbor Award.
`Each month NEWRA recognizes a local business and/or resident that takes the time to help keep the community clean by sweeping the sidewalk and curb in front of their place of business or residence.
The restaurant was nominated by NEWRA members and selected by a committee to receive the community award.
