Friends of the North End Library have a new President, Susan Boloshin who is committed to providing bigger and better programs and activities for users of the 25 Parmenter Street location.
Having local branches of Boston Public Libraries is an important educational tool, especially for students. They also offer many other programs, activities and events that are well attended and very popular in the neighborhood.
The Friends play a huge part in the services and fundraising that make the North End Library a successful and an asset to the neighborhood.
The Review thanks Boloshin for taking on the duties, responsibilities and tasks relating to being the President of this hard working community non-profit, all volunteer group.
In addition, the community newspaper’s doors are always open to the Friends.
