Council Supports Regina Cordials Request

While the Boston Bruins were winning the seventh game of their playoffs with the Toronto Maple Leafs, the North End/Waterfront Neighborhood Council (NEWNC) was tucked away in the Nazzaro Community Center Hall making decisions on three agenda items scheduled for a vote.

Baldwin Place Realty Trust (Pat Coppola and Louis Finacharo) scored a 8-0 victory on their request to legalize the existing basement space at 4 Baldwin Place as part of the first floor.

The Regina Pizzeria, 11 1/2 Thatcher Street, won their decision by a score of 7-0 to amend their current beer and wine license to include, cordials.

By a much closer vote of 4-3, VPNE Parking Solutions received Council support to continue to use the seven-outdoor parking lot at the intersection of Endicott and North Margin Streets.

The next NEWNC monthly meeting will be held on Monday, June 10 at 7pm in the Nazzaro Community Center.
