Two requests relating to the neighborhood were discussed at the October 23 public meeting of the North End/Waterfront Residents’ Association Zoning, Licensing and Construction Committee, according to co-chair David Kubiak.
“The requests will be placed on a future NEWRA regular monthly meeting for further discussion and a vote by the membership,” Kubiak said.
93 Endicott Street, Jose Faria has filed an appeal for zoning relief to construct a roof deck for private use of the top-floor unit.
78-80 Salem Street, Chris Young has filed an appeal for zoning relief to construct a second floor addition to the existing one-story building and expand the restaurant use, Trattoria Pulcinella, into the proposed second floor.
