Tonight’s (4/24/12) North End/Waterfront Residents’ Association Zoning, Licensing and Construction Committee monthly meeting has four agenda items relating to beer and wine licenses, opening of an ice cream store and take-out for a new restaurant.
Information obtained from this committee meeting will be referred to NEWRA’s monthly committee meeting scheduled for Thursday May 10 at 7pm at the Nazzaro Community Center.
Nicole Varano has filed for a zoning appeal to change the use of the first floor store (formerly Casa di Sole), 371-373 Hanover Street to a restaurant with take-out.
Salvatore Onessimo has filed a zoning appeal to change the use of the first floor retail store at 94 Endicott Street to an ice cream take-out shop. NEWNC and NEWRA have supported the store’s opening.
Jennifer Pittore is seeking to change the use of the first floor store (formerly Hanover News) to a restaurant with take-out and a new malt and wine license to be operated at the same location.
Frank DePasquale is seeking a beer and wine license to be operated on the premises of Il Panino Express, 266 Hanover Street.
Updates and other business will include Bulfinch Triangle, a neighborhood supermarket, Parcel 9 redevelopment proposals and related public meetings and a NEWRA neighborhood alcohol update.
