NEWRA Committee Meets Tonight Dec. 6

The North End/Waterfront Residents’ Association (NEWRA) Parks and Open Spaces Committee will hold its annual monthly meeting tonight Tuesday, December 6 at 7pm in the Nazzaro Community Center, 30 North Bennet Street.

Polcari Park, the Prado and other public spaces issues will be discussed as well as the new fence on Snow Hill Street.

Chair person Anne Pistorio will present an update on several other issues including a potential meeting with the City to identify open space needs in the North End/Waterfront community.

Some possible events in the Prado will also be on the table.

The Committee is made up of all volunteers and at times guest speakers are invited to talk on open space issues.
