Ignazio ‘Jerry’ Catania
North End Resident
Ignazio “Jerry” Catania of Boston’s North End died peacefully in his home on October 12. He was 95 years old.
He was the beloved husband of the late Catherine (Mirabella) Catania and is survived by many loving nieces and nephews, including Nicholas Catania, Richard Catania, Patricia Smith and Nicholas Catania, Jr.
Funeral arrangements were by the Boston Harborside Home of JS Waterman-Langone. Burial was in Saint Michael Cemetery, Boston. Memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital (www.stjude.org)
