Lord Stanley, Meet Captain Chara

One of our photographers grabbed this historic shot Thursday morning of Boston Bruins Captain Zdeno Chara exiting the charter plane at Logan Airport while hoisting the Stanley Cup into the air. A small group of fans were there to cheer on the team as they arrived back in Boston just after 8:30 a.m. on Thursday. At this moment, Boston city leaders and Bruins management are working out the details of a championship parade, which is to be held Saturday at 11 a.m. The entire region today is on fire for the old hockey franchise, as it won its first Cup in 39 long years.
