The Rose Kennedy Greenway will explode with new business in the spring, which is the result of the Conservancy running the Greenway putting RFP’s (Requests for Proposals) for high-quality food and beverage vendors wishing to do business on the Greenway.
The Conservancy is right to be monitoring carefully the type of vendors who will ultimately change the face of the Greenway and draw more people to it.
Everything is about the environment, esthetics, cleanliness and service – not to mention the product.
