Coached by popular head coach Rick Marinetti and assistant coaches Pat Purcell and Dave Peretti, the North End team practiced hard preparing for the tournament they believed was winnable.

The team started off winning their first game in an impressive fashion blowing out a Parkway Little League team 15-1 setting the stage for a semi-final game versus a really good team from Roslindale.

While they played well, the North End team lost a close competitive game 4-2. The team played well but came up short.

“The team gave it their all,” NEAA Baseball Coordinator John Romano said. “The NEAA is proud of the team’s sportsmanship, their play on the field and the hard work they put in preparing for the tournament.”

The team players are: Reed Fullerton, John Fahy, Treyson Scarpa, David Carroll, Jay Leung, Declan Daly, Hudson Walker, Gianluca DeMArco, Paolo Tizzano, Caameron Ching, Andrew Courville, River Purcell and Luca Tizzano.
