Good Luck Joe

State Senator Joe Boncore has decided to move on leaving his seat open for a special election.

In reflecting of his time in office, the senator played a major role in assisting the North End community to resolve many issues and concerns relating to the community.

He made it his business to be available for the community in every way possible.

Office of Arts and Culture Enhances City

Boston’s Office of Arts and Culture plays a key role in enhancing the quality of life, the economy and design of the city.

Reinforcing equitably access to every community, public institutions and public places is a top priority taken by the office.

Key areas of the office are: Support for the cultural sector through grants and programs, cultural facilities and artist workplaces, as well as commissioning, reviewing and caring of act in public places.
