May Activities Continue at North End Library

There are still many activities that are scheduled to take place at the North End Library, 25 Parmenter Street this May.

Lecture: Special guest Lecture, Alex Goldfeld, President of the North End Historic Society will speak on North End churches from Clark’s Square to Methodist Alley on Saturday, May 18 from 10:30 to 11:30 a.m.

Author Talk: Popular speaker at the North End Library, Stephanie Schorow will illustrate the issues and history that created the controversial neighborhood, the Combat Zone, a stripped-down story of Boston’s most notorious adult neighborhood in the Nation. The Author Talk will take place on Wednesday, May 29, from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m.

Ballet Storytime: Boston Ballet Storytime will relate to a famous ballet on dances from a Boston Ballet faculty member on Monday, May 20, at 10:30 a.m.

            Computer Assistance: Every Wednesday from 1 to 2 p.m., by appointments, adults can participate in a computer assistance program.
