Carmine Guarino Joins Brookline Bank’s Retail Banking Division

Carmine Guarino has joined Brookline Bank’s Retail Banking Division as a Senior Vice President of the Greater Boston market. With over 35 years of experience in retail banking, Guarino will work with Brookline Bank’s leadership team to develop market strategies for building client relationships, with a strong community focus.

Prior to joining Brookline Bank, Guarino held senior roles in commercial and retail banking at major regional banks.

Guarino is a graduate of Northeastern University and holds an MBA from Suffolk University. He is a life-long resident of Boston’s North End and active in several community programs. Guarino has been an elected member of The North End/Waterfront Neighborhood Council since 2015. Guarino was also recently named to the Greenway Conservancy Board. He also serves as a board member of the University of Massachusetts Center for Collaborative Leadership/ELP.
