A ground-breaking ceremony was held on July 25 at the Paul Revere Mall (Prado) with Mayor Martin Walsh.
The Mall will be getting a complete overhaul with key improvements including an underground drainage system, better lighting and increased accessibility, according to the Mayor.
In addition, the historic feature will be repaired but the basis design will remain the same.
Paul Revere’s statue is located in the Mall which leads directly to the Old North Church.
