Come and play the American-style variant of this tile-based game that originated in China and requires skill, strategy, and calculation. Beginners are welcome. Please note that beginner instruction begins at 11:00 a.m. No sign up is required.
Gentle Chair Yoga – Tuesdays through May 29 at 12:30 – 1:30 p.m.
Join certified yoga instructor Maura Almy as she leads a weekly chair yoga class for all levels. The gentle flowing movements and passive and supported poses of this Vinyasa-style Yoga is appropriate for those working with an injury, limited mobility, or those who prefer a softer approach to yoga. Proper yoga breathing will also be taught. No supplies needed; just bring yourself!
