Tab each year the North End Friends hold a flea market/bake sale to benefit St. Francis House Homeless Shelter in the Nazzaro Community Center.
This year was no exception as the Friends are already preparing for another benefit event on Friday, May 4 from 8 AM to 6 PM and Saturday, made it from 9 AM to 1 PM.
Tab last year, the Friends held a very successful event raising funds for the homeless with the flea market/bake sale and collecting Spear change.
Tab Participants will enjoy Mama Romano’s famous eggplant sandwiches, meatball and sausage sandwiches as well
Homemade baked goods, pastries and goodies from the North End bakeries will be available.
Clean out the closets, storage units and cellars and donate your unwanted household items, records, CDs, books, small appliances, collectibles, toys, games, sports equipment, jewelry and similar items that are clean and in good condition to sell at our Flea Market.
All items can be dropped off at the Nazzaro Center starting on Monday, April 30 through May 3 only. No clothes, computers, car seats, or unclean items.
Also, you can help by collecting your spare change over the next month and donate it on May 4 and May 5 it adds up fast.
