North End Family Pride Day is just around the corner, being held at Langone Park on Commercial Street from 12 noon to 4:30 PM on Saturday, September 16.
The community event offers many things to do for all ages including a bocce tournament, entertainment, games, face painting, an art contest, balloon art, kid’s arts and crafts, a petting zoo, demonstrations and information from numerous agencies and organizations and a free BBQ.
           “It’s always a great time for families, friends and others that participate in the community attraction,†NEAD President John Romano said. “Residents should try to attend this fun filled and enjoyable event.â€
