NEAA Sponsors Trip to Yankees/Red Sox Game

By Phil Orlandella

Twenty-nine players and their family members travel to Fenway Park to see the second game of the Red Sox three game sweep of the Yankees. The trip was sponsored by the North End Athletic Association (NEAA).

“Tickets were free but parents were encouraged to make a donation to Breast Cancer-Making Strides which they happily did,” NEAA Baseball Coordinator John Romano said.

Committed to the youth and families of the North End, the NEAA has provided sports programs, educational and cultural activities to the community for over 50 years.
