GBCVB Has Helped Bolster the Economy for Many Years

One of the primary, if not the primary, private sector marketing and visitor service organizations charged with the development of attracting meetings, conventions and tourism related business to bolster the economy is the Greater Boston Convention and Visitors Bureau (GBCVB).

Many times, the general public is not unaware of the role of GBCVB’s success in promoting major events that generate business for establishments that depend on tourism and convention dollars for success and growth.

            The not for profit, membership-driven sales and marketing business goal is to enhance the economy of Boston and other areas and for many years GBCVB has produced major activities that have been productive.
