NEWRA Supports Banning Parking Savers

At its last monthly meeting, the North End/Waterfront Residents’ Association (NEWRA) supported a proposal banning winter parking space savers presented by the Alliance of the Downtown Civic Association (ADCA).

The plan to stop this way of saving parking spaces during winter ice and snow conditions, has already made its way to City Hall, where the Mayor and City Council will make some sort of changes.

Boston City Councilor Sal LaMattina told residents he will work with the Mayor’s office to look into what can be done.
