WECA Honors North End Resident

North End resident David Kubiak has been named as a life time honorary member of the West End Civic Association (WECA) membership.
One on David’s many achievements has been the encouragement of cooperation among neighborhood associations
to work towards common goals concerning the environment
and infrastructure according
to the WECA.
David is a member of the North End/Waterfront Residents’ Association (NEWRA) where he served as co-chair of the Zoning, Licensing and Construction Committee and as a member of the neighborhood
organization’s Parks and Open Spaces Committee. He has also organized several neighborhood events.
Kubiak was presented a plaque recognizing his efforts.
