Urban Cantina Serving Mexican Food on Salem St.

Following 28 years of doing business in the North End, the owner of Going Banana’s, Frank Scire has opened a new eatery at 76 Salem Street called Urban Cantina.

Specializing in Mexican style meals and brunch, the business is open seven days a week from 8am to 11pm.

Only opened a couple of weeks, the Cantina is already flocked with customers that told the Review that the food was delicious and the service for such a busy place was excellent.

“Doing business in the North End for 28 years, we know our customers and what they expect,” Scire said. “Urban Cantina is providing a full variety of Mexican meals and a brunch that’s second to none.”

“Business has been good since we opened the doors. We see more and more regular customers and new diners are turning up every day,”  Scire noted.

Both the North End/Waterfront Residents’ Association (NEWRA) and North End/Waterfront Neighborhood Council (NEWNC) supported the new eatery.

Scire and his staff continuously keep the North End clean by removing debris from the sidewalk and curb in front of the establishment.

Urban Cantina serves: appetizers, salads, burgers/sandwiches, tacos, burritos, enchiladas and much more.
