Martha Coakley still appears to be the front runner in the September 9th Democratic Gubernatorial Primary election. A low turnout of voters will most likely put the current Attorney General (AG) over the top and a head to head contest versus a Republic opponent in the Final November election. Coakley has done an outstanding job as AG and will make an excellent governor, actually she will be the first elected female governor of Massachusetts.
She certainly has expressed her ability, knowledge and dedication to govern the state, and her willingness to work closely with the Legislature to make things happen in a positive manner for residents and the business community. Coakley certainly has all the tools to make a great governor and deserves to be elected.
