During a visit to the Nazzaro Community Center, District 1 City Councilor Sal LaMattina announced his endorsement of Warren Tolman to be the next Massachusetts Attorney General. LaMattina joined Tolman at community center in the North End, where the two met with voters and seniors during Tolman’s three-day Boston Tour.

“I am supporting Warren Tolman for his commitment to creating an office that reaches out to all of our communities,” said LaMattina. “His dedication to building a multilingual office that prioritizes consumer protection is the kind of leadership and vision that Massachusetts needs, and I’m proud to support Warren Tolman to move us forward.”

Tolman is the only candidate, Democrat or Republican, willing to use the Attorney General’s Office to mandate smart gun technology and he used the tour to take his plans directly to Boston voters to discuss how his urban agenda will protect and improve city neighborhoods.

“I’m honored to have the support of City Councilor Sal LaMattina,” Warren Tolman said. “I truly appreciated having him by my side while I spoke to voters about my plans to bring the Attorney General’s Office into our neighborhoods to improve our communities, through mandating smart gun technology on all new guns sold and tackling opiate abuse.”
