Vinoteca di Monica, as they have done for several years now, held a special luncheon for all the teachers and staff from the Eliot School to celebrate another banner educational experience at the very popular school.
“It’s an end of the year get together to say thank you to the staff at the school for their dedicated efforts on behalf of the school’s students,†said Jorge Mendoza of the family owned business on Richmond Street.
“My family appreciates the hard work these people do for the all important education of the students,†he noted.
The Mendoza family’s children attend the school.
They also coordinated a major dinner/fundraiser in the fall that raised about $20, 000 each year for the school to purchase much needed supplies and equipment.
