Anyone with information on the culprit that viciously abused the dog called “Puppy Doe” should ,pick-up the phone immediately and turn in the person(s) that conducted the totally uncalled for cowardly abuse that resulted in the canine being euthanized.
The Quincy related incident of dog torture has thousands of people upset and rightly so, yet it continues to happen every day.
Morons that abuse and torture helpless animals have something mentally wrong with them and innocent animals are paying the price for the sadistic abusers that have no feelings.
