Cleaner Streets Pilot Program

Keeping the North End sidewalks and curbs clean consistently is a monumental task to say the least.

However, this could change for the better, at least for another few weekends, as the North End Beautification Committee, the North End Chamber of Commerce and MSA Mortgage Company have teamed up and hired two people to clean up the North End on Saturdays and Sundays from 8am to 12 noon. It’s a pilot program.

This is a nice gesture by all parties involved to help beautify a community that at times could use a mean cleaning every now and then.

The Beautification Committee has really become an extremely active neighborhood group that is certainly doing the right thing.

MSA Mortgage Company and the Chamber of Commerce have clearly shown their willingness to support neighborhood endeavors.
