While the Boston Bruins were winning the seventh game of their playoffs with the Toronto Maple Leafs, the North End/Waterfront Neighborhood Council (NEWNC) was tucked away in the Nazzaro Community Center Hall making decisions on three agenda items scheduled for a vote.

The Regina Pizzeria, 11 1/2 Thatcher Street, won their decision by a score of 7-0 to amend their current beer and wine license to include, cordials.

By a much closer vote of 4-3, VPNE Parking Solutions received Council support to continue to use the seven-outdoor parking lot at the intersection of Endicott and North Margin Streets.
