In less than a year, a legacy will come to an end, as Boston Mayor Thomas M. Menino’s 20 year reign as the city’s top elected official will come to an end.
The five term mayor has always displayed willingness and dedication to make Boston a “World Class City”.
He has certainly accomplished this goal while retaining his commitment to Boston’s neighborhoods.
His popularity was always high with the residents of the city and rightly so. He was without question a “People’s Mayor” from the first day he took office at City Hall.
There will probably never be a five-term Mayor in Boston ever again.
During that time frame, Boston Mayor Thomas M. Menino did an outstanding job as a leader. He made things happen for the betterment of the city.
