Boston SHINES will be in the North End on Saturday, April 27 to clean-up a few parks and playgrounds, like the group does each year.
The participants will meet at the Prado at 9am where Boston SHINES will hand out gloves and other equipment and to coordinate volunteer assignments.
This is a terrific opportunity for North End residents to participate in a neighborhood endeavor that will make a difference in the cleanliness of the community.
Just a few hours of helping out will beautify a neighborhood that really needs some cleaning attention.
To participate, register on line at cityofboston.gov/cns/bostonshines.
